While it is true that there are strength in numbers, usually one figure stands out most vividly. This can be an icon such as Santa Nick or it can be a real person. The test is if the whole is great than the individual parts. The same is true in organizations.

Learning Happens

Wow! There are 7.5 habits of lifelong learning. The easiest habit for me is play! I love to play. The only problem is that when I play; I play as hard as a work. This may reduce some of the fun; however, I will do my best to make it a blast!!!

Now for the difficult part. I know that the hardest part will be to begin with the end in mind. I'm not quite sure where this will lead me. Although I am not a technological giant, I could turn into a real or virtual geek.

One can never tell when passion will strike and what the outcome will be. Isn't that part of the fun of lifelong learning. We may set out on a certain path on our journey and discover that we want to take a detour or even a whole new destination.

Strength in Numbers, Part 1

I am engaged with other SPLS employees in learning the various aspects of web 2.0. I really never thought I would be a blogger; however, I came upon a blog several days ago that was very funny. I immediately felt a connection to people that I will probably never meet or even know who they are! It was exciting to know that others had similar thoughts and the humor that evolved from those ideas.
